"The site was easy to navigate and…"
The site was easy to navigate and the menus were clear, which made finding what I needed simple. The only downside was that the booking page took a bit longer to load than I expected.

I mean, I’m totally calm about it, but I barely had to wait at all and the crowds moved through really easily. It was such a smooth experience. Loved it

"Pretty cool spot, worth the ticket"
I’ll be real, the tickets felt a little pricey at first, but once we got inside I was like okay, this is actually worth it. The butterfly area was super nice and we ended up hanging out there way longer than we thought we would. It’s not a massive place or anything, so I’d give it 4 stars, but for the whole vibe and the photos you can get, it felt like decent value for the money.

"Could use a little upkeep"
Overall, it was a decent experience, but I did notice a few areas that could use a little more attention . Nothing major, just some upkeep here and there that would make the place feel nicer .

"Nice little stop for snacks"
Stopped by this cafe after walking around for a while and it was a nice break. The sandwiches were decent, nothing fancy but good, and the cold drinks hit the spot. Prices were okay too. My kids really liked the smoothies, so that was a win. Overall, a comfy place to sit for a bit and relax.

"Nice visit, just a bit crowded"
My kids really enjoyed seeing the butterflies, which was sweet to watch. It did get crowded quickly though, and moving around with a stroller was a little tricky. Still, it was a nice experience overall.

"Fun Special Program With the Kids"
I took my kids to one of their special programs, and overall it was a really nice experience. I was mostly hoping for something fun and easy for the kids to follow, and it definitely met that expectation. The staff did a good job explaining everything in a simple way, and the butterfly release was cooler than I expected. A few parts felt a bit crowded and rushed, so I wish it had been spaced out a little better, but it was still worth the visit. I’d probably go back for another event

"Really Welcoming and Easy to Enjoy"
I had a really nice visit here. The staff were friendly from the moment we walked in, and they answered our questions in a helpful, relaxed way without making us feel rushed at all. It gave us a lot of confidence that we were in good hands, and it made the whole experience much easier to enjoy

It looks really nice overall, but it feels a little crowded once you're using it. Not a dealbreaker... just wish there was a bit more space!

"Fun little butterfly experience"
The kids learned a lot about butterflies, more than I expected. It was fun too, like... not just for them, I kind of got into it as well. Nice way to spend some time and actually pick up a few things.

"Easy online booking, but hoping for a little credit"
I booked our tickets through butterflywonderland.com the process was simple. The site loaded fine, I picked our date and time, paid, and the email tickets came through right away. No weird extra steps or anything confusing. At the entrance, they scanned the tickets straight from my phone with no problem, which was nice and saved us a bit of waiting. I’d use the online booking again, but since we paid in advance, I do think a small discount or credit for a future visit would be appreciated...

"Pretty place, but way too crowded for the butterflies"
I went in really excited, but left feeling a bit uneasy. The setup is and it looks nice at first, but compared to other butterfly places I’ve been to, this one felt more crowded and less carefully managed. A few butterflies looked really worn out, and I saw some on the floor where people, especially kids, nearly stepped on them. The staff did remind everyone not to touch, but with that many people packed in, it seemed hard to actually control. I wanted to love it, but for the sake of the butterflies, I expected better care and a calmer environment. I probably wouldn’t rush back.

"Such a sweet little experience"
We had a really lovely time, and one of the best parts was that butterflies actually landed on us. It felt special and made the visit even more memorable. If you enjoy simple, peaceful experiences like that, this is definitely worth checking out.

"So Many Butterflies to See"
I’ve been to a few butterfly exhibits before, but this one really stood out. There was a great variety, and butterflies were everywhere you looked. It made the whole experience feel really fun and peaceful.

"Good first impression, but leaving was a hassle"
My first impression was positive since parking was easy to find right away, which is always a relief when you’ve got kids with you. The only downside was getting out afterward—it took longer than expected, and the lot felt a little cramped. Not a terrible experience overall, but I do wish it had been a bit smoother.

We spent around 2 hours there and that felt just right. The butterflies were really lovely, and overall it was a fun visit. It did get a bit crowded in some spots, though, and if it had gotten much busier we probably would’ve left early. Still glad we went.

"Nice visit, but felt a bit overpriced"
I really loved seeing the butterflies, and the staff was friendly, which made the visit pleasant. But after I paid, I kind of started questioning whether it was really worth the price for the amount of time we spent there. It was nice, just a little hard to feel totally good about the cost afterward.

"The butterflies were beautiful and the..."
The butterflies were beautiful and the whole place was really clean, which I appreciated. The conservatory was super warm and humid though, lol. I know it probably has to be that way for the butterflies, but after a while it got uncomfortable and we ended up leaving earlier than we planned. Still a cool place to check out, I just wish there were a few more spots where you could cool down for a bit.

"A Bit Too Crowded for the Experience"
It was a little too crowded for my taste, which made it hard to really enjoy the space or get any decent butterfly photos. If you're going mainly for photography, I’d say it’s probably not worth it unless you catch it at a quieter time.
